1. Client Approval Terms
Any order placed on publicid.online is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. By placing an order and paying the associated invoice, you (the client) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set forth in this Terms of Service (ToS). Our services include website customization, domain registration, provision of advertising materials (e.g., banners, templates), and manuals for self-managing advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook platforms. These services are delivered electronically via email, and payment of invoices constitutes acceptance of this ToS as the binding agreement.

2. Websites Not Accepted
Public ID will not accept orders for websites containing:

  • Phishing, Trojans, adware, malware, or other harmful content.
  • Illegal content, including but not limited to black markets, drugs, or other prohibited activities.
We reserve the right to reject any order at our sole discretion if it violates these restrictions or our advertising policies.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Speed
Upon payment of an invoice, orders are processed, and services are initiated. Website setups, domain registrations, advertising materials, and manuals are delivered electronically via email within 24 hours, except during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, holidays), when delivery may take up to 48 hours. For advertising campaigns, submitted URLs undergo manual review on our partner networks’ platforms to ensure compliance with advertising policies. Approval typically occurs within 1 hour but may take up to 24 hours during busy periods (e.g., weekends, holidays) or 48 hours during extended state holidays. Once approved, campaigns go live immediately. Campaigns may require 24 hours to adapt to their full daily visitor volumes post-approval or after changes. This does not affect the total ordered visitor volume, as our 24/7 monitoring and automatic adjustments (e.g., extending duration or increasing daily visitors) ensure delivery of the agreed volume.

4. Taxes
Clients are solely responsible for all taxes associated with their purchase of Public ID services, including sales tax or value-added tax, as applicable. Such taxes are in addition to the fees quoted and must be paid by the client.

5. Customer Errors & Order Breakdown
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during the ordering process and throughout the campaign duration. Errors in provided details (e.g., incorrect URLs, payment information) may disrupt service delivery, and Public ID is not liable for delays or issues arising from such errors.

6. Campaign Monitoring
During ordering, clients may opt to create an account for campaign tracking. We recommend using Google Analytics to monitor website visitors. Public ID is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect implementation, unstable loading, or complete failure of tracking tools on client websites.
  • Discrepancies in third-party tracking tools (e.g., URL shorteners, online SEO tools) not directly embedded on the client’s website.
Tracking tools embedded on client websites may report up to 70% fewer visitors due to ad-blocking software that prevents tracking requests. Our anti-ad block solutions ensure websites are displayed to visitors, but tracking tools may not capture these visits. For example, an image named “googleads.png” on a website may be blocked by ad blockers, while renaming it to “myimage.png” allows display. Third-party tracking platforms (e.g., Alexa) not embedded on the website may show inaccurate statistics and require 1–3 months to reflect traffic data, as they rely on bulk data with low accuracy. Traffic sources are provided to us in segments (e.g., “meat-kitchen” for “howtocook.com”), which does not impact campaign performance. We monitor segment performance and adjust campaigns to optimize results.

7. Site Unavailable
Clients are responsible for maintaining their website’s availability. Public ID is not liable for website downtime due to hosting limitations, over-ordering (exceeding hosting capacity), or other client-side issues. We lack knowledge of clients’ hosting configurations and cannot guarantee uptime or capacity. Campaigns running during website downtime are not refundable. Clients must ensure their hosting supports the ordered visitor volumes.

8. Refunds Policy
Clients may request:

  • A full refund for campaigns that have not started.
  • A partial refund for unused campaign days, processed within 24 hours of the request.
A full refund for running campaigns is available only under our 30-day money-back guarantee, applicable if:
  • We deliver less than 50% of the ordered visitor volume after the campaign has been live for at least 5 days.
  • We fail to deliver the total ordered visitor volume, exceeding the campaign duration by more than 7 days.
Exclusions include days awaiting URL approval (up to 24 hours), paused campaigns, or excessive pausing/enabling by the client. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of full payment. No refunds will be issued after this period.

9. Campaign Signups/Sales and Conversions
Public ID guarantees delivery of the ordered visitor volume but does not guarantee sales, signups, or conversions from campaigns. We are not liable for campaign outcomes or results from third-party platforms (e.g., CPA or affiliate programs). Clients should carefully review the terms of any third-party programs used with our services, as we are not responsible for their rules or outcomes.

10. Cancellation of Service
Clients may cancel their account or recurring billing at any time through their account on publicid.online or by emailing JanisKalninsppbiss@outlook.lv. Access to services continues until the end of the subscription term. Clients may add or remove campaigns, with billing adjusted (higher or lower) on the next renewal date based on changes made.

11. Service Limitations
Public ID reserves the right to impose limits on service usage (e.g., frequency of access) at its sole discretion to prevent system outages or abuse. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice and are not liable to clients or third parties for such changes. To ensure service stability, we may restrict access if we detect manual or automated abuse and may investigate and resolve improper use at our discretion.

12. Trademarks; Copyrights; Proprietary Rights
Public ID owns all visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, designs, compilations, computer code, products, software, manuals, advertising materials, and other elements of publicid.online (“Public ID Content”). We hold all associated copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and proprietary rights worldwide, protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Clients may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit Public ID Content without our express written permission. Public ID does not grant any rights in Public ID Content, and all rights are reserved. The term “Public ID” and any identifying marks on the website are registered or unregistered trademarks (“Public ID Trademarks”). Clients may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

13. User Indemnification of Public ID for Certain Actions
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Public ID, its affiliates, officers, agents, subsidiaries, partners, and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:

  • Client-generated content submitted or transmitted through our services.
  • Unauthorized use of publicid.online or services.
  • Connection to or use of our services.
  • Violation of this ToS.
  • Infringement of third-party rights, including copyrights or intellectual property.

14. Public ID Warranties and Limitations
Public ID, its affiliates, resellers, distributors, and vendors provide services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults and without warranties, express or implied. Clients use services at their own risk. We do not guarantee that publicid.online or services will be accurate, error-free, virus-free, or uninterrupted, nor that they will meet specific client requirements. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or timeliness of information provided. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, including merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, and non-infringement. Clients acknowledge that computer and telecommunications systems may experience downtime, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free services or prevention of content loss. Local laws may grant additional rights, and these terms do not affect those rights where applicable.

15. Limitation of Liability
Clients acknowledge that Public ID cannot provide services at a fair price without limiting liability as outlined herein. This limitation is a fundamental part of our agreement. Public ID does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of information on publicid.online and is not responsible for reliance on such information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Public ID is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data loss, or goodwill) arising from the use or inability to use our services, including:

  • Changes in search engine rankings.
  • Unauthorized access to accounts.
  • Alteration, corruption, or loss of data.
  • Failure to provide accurate information.
  • Viruses or disabling features affecting access.
  • Incompatibilities with other services, software, or hardware.
  • Third-party conduct or data.
Liability is limited to the service fee paid for the month of the issue, even if we knew or should have known of potential losses. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply. If damages are recoverable, the exclusive remedy is direct damages up to the monthly service fee.

16. Reservation of Rights
Public ID reserves all rights not expressly granted in this ToS. No additional rights (including implied licenses or covenants) are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

17. Special Admonitions for International Use
As services are provided globally via the internet, clients agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct, acceptable content, and data transmission, including laws on obscene or indecent content and technical data export from their country of residence. Public ID is not responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations.

18. Conditions Governing All Users
Services are available only to users who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older.
  • Provide truthful and accurate information and maintain its accuracy.
  • Do not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent their identity.
  • Use a valid email address.
  • Do not authorize others to use their account, profile, or messages.
  • Are not employees or affiliates of Google, Bing, Yahoo, or other major search engines, and agree not to disclose service information to these entities.
Users must immediately notify Public ID of any security breaches or unauthorized use of their account or services.

19. Miscellaneous Clauses

  • Electronic Form: By accessing publicid.online, you consent to receive this ToS electronically. Please print a copy for your records.
  • Notices: Public ID may send notices via email (to your registered address) or through publicid.online. Notices are deemed received on the transmission date. This ToS and related notices are enforceable in electronic format. We are not obligated to notify you of ToS changes, so check regularly.
  • Severability: If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be replaced with a valid provision closest to the original intent; other provisions remain in effect.
  • Non-Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights to act later.
  • Assignment: Clients may not assign rights or duties under this ToS. Public ID may assign rights or duties in connection with mergers, reorganizations, or asset sales. This ToS binds successors and permitted assigns.
  • Cookie Usage: By using publicid.online, you consent to our use of cookies to deliver services.
